All orders are packed and sent out the next day before 12pm (EDT)(Mon-Fri). Any orders placed after 12pm will be shipped within the following working day. All shipments will be sent via a fully tracked service with our trusted couriers USPS and UPS.

Pre-Orders or Wholesale

Shipments can take up to 28 days to be dispatched. Orders where a Pre-Order and item that is already in stock has been placed: the order will not be shipped until the Pre-Order is ready.

Prescription Orders

Please allow up to 14-21 business days for your frames to be completed and they will then be shipped via your chosen delivery method.

Free Shipping

In any event that Free Shipping is offered, either through a discount code or general use, the item(s) will be sent via standard post. 

Returned Shipments

In the event your shipment has been returned to RASA due to incorrect address or attempted delivery/unclaimed for, shipping fees must be paid again before the order can be reshipped.

Customs Fees

As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you reside in; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.

The final value of your order does not include any additional duties required. The carrier, prior to delivery, will inform you of the additional duties.

If you refuse to pay the duties to release your order, the order will subsequently be returned back to the RASA fulfillment center. A shipping & 10% handling fee will be deducted from your refund.

By law, RASA is required to state the correct amount paid for any outgoing international package. Any requests to change this information will be denied.

• RASA does not ship orders on US Bank Holidays. 
• All shipping times are Estimated. RASA cannot be held accountable for package delays due to reasons beyond our control, including but not limited to the following: Customs, service strikes, civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, weather, natural disasters, fire, epidemics or failure of public or private telecommunications networks.

Got to pay to see? We feel you. But don’t sweat it—RASA’s got you looking sharp with prescription lenses. Style doesn’t have to stop at the prescription.

You can add your Prescription (RX) at checkout on most of our frames. However, if the button is not showing on the frame you would like with custom lenses, then please get in touch for a quote.

If you'd like a quote, please email us your Prescription (RX) along with your frame(s) of choice, and we'll get back to you within 24 hours.

Once you have added your prescription or received the quote and are happy to proceed, we request you allow us 14-21 business days to turn around your new frames. However, on most occasions, they are completed much sooner. (If you have selected express shipping with your order, this will be used upon completion of your new frames.)

PLEASE NOTE: All prescription sales are final and cannot be returned for a refund, so please be sure you check the frame measurements and the style before securing your order.
