All glasses are covered by warranty. If you experience any issues, please email us and we'll happily replace your item.

USA:

  • Standard (3-5 business days)
  • Expedited (2-3 business days)
  • Express (1-2 business days)

Canada:

  • Standard International (6-10 business days)
  • Express International (2-5 business days)

International:

  • Standard International (6-18 business days)
  • Express International: 3-5 business days

All international taxes and duties will be automatically calculated and added to the grand total of your order at checkout before order confirmation. Some destination countries may collect additional fees upon delivery depending on local tax law.

Once your order has been placed, we will send you a series of emails and messages to keep you updated on its progress. As soon as your package has been shipped you can track delivery progress by following the link received in the shipping confirmation notification.

    RETURNS

    If you're not happy for any reason, you can return any of your purchased Rasa Sunglasses within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the items are unused and in their original condition. We reserve the right to reject any returns that appear heavily used more than trying on the pair once.

    Furthermore, if your original glasses are unworn, we’re more than happy to exchange it for a model that’s more to your liking. Simply email us to arrange an exchange via support@rasasunglasses.com
