All international taxes and duties will be automatically calculated and added to the grand total of your order at checkout before order confirmation. Some destination countries may collect additional fees upon delivery depending on local tax law.

Once your order has been placed, we will send you a series of emails and messages to keep you updated on its progress. As soon as your package has been shipped you can track delivery progress by following the link received in the shipping confirmation notification.

RETURNS

If you're not happy for any reason, you can return any of your purchased Rasa Sunglasses within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the items are unused and in their original condition. We reserve the right to reject any returns that appear heavily used more than trying on the pair once.

Furthermore, if your original glasses are unworn, we’re more than happy to exchange it for a model that’s more to your liking. Simply email us to arrange an exchange via support@rasasunglasses.com

We offer prescription lenses for certain eligible frames. Choose your lens options by clicking the "Add Prescription" button located above (if prescription options are unavailable for a specific frame, the button will also be unavailable.) You can input your prescription manually, upload a photo, or email your information to support@rasasunglasses.com.

Our lab uses Essilor lenses with hydrophobic coating, scratch resistance, 100% UV protection, and superior blue-light protection. All prescription lenses are covered by our warranty for scratches made during normal use and any coating defects for the first 12 months from the date you receive your lenses.

Customized lens orders require an additional processing time of 2-3 weeks (strong prescriptions may require slightly longer processing times). Planos (non-prescription) ship immediately with your chosen shipping method.

Note: for all prescriptions, lenses will look slightly different from the photos on our website as our signature diamond-cut lens faceting would alter the prescription and is thus incompatible.
