We hope you're happy with your RASA Elite subscription, but if you haven't used it within the first 14 days after purchase, you can cancel it. 

Get in touch with our customer support team and we'll cancel it for you.

If you've had RASA Elite for more than 14 days, we won't be able to offer you a refund, as per the Ts&Cs of the service.

If you're using the desktop site or android app you can now renew your RASA Elite before your current subscription ends, so you can continue to shop with zero stress. Just add RASA Elite to your bag, buy it and we'll handle it for you! As soon as your current subscription ends your new one will automatically begin.

Otherwise, you'll get a notification when your RASA Elite is coming to an end.
